Our roll-on/roll-off (RORO or ro-ro) ships are ferries that are specially designed to transport wheeled cargo. This includes everything from cars, trucks, semi-trailer trucks, trailers and railroad cars. They can be driven on and off the ship using their own wheels or a platform vehicle that transports them on. It is important to not confuse this service with a lift on/ lift off (LoLo) vessel, which will use a crane to load and unload any cargo.
